Fundraising Director

MROH located in Orange County and is seeking a talented Fundraising Director with strong fundraising experience to volunteer their talents with special events, sponsorship solicitation and the ability to develop and nurture relationships with key volunteers, major donors, and corporate sponsors.
Responsibilities include: recruit and cultivate leadership volunteers, sponsors and event participants, build and manage volunteer core, provide strategic direction and oversee all aspects of fundraising plans pertaining to assigned events. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of successful fundraising/sales experience. Heavy special event fundraising experience is highly preferred.

The position requires strong organizational and networking skills, the ability to work on various events simultaneously and a strong eye for detail. Candidates will be required to develop and manage budgets while growing revenues and managing expenses.

This is a unique opportunity to direct your energy and talents towards achieving a “life enhancing and enriching” mission while serving those who have been suddenly afflicted by a life changing illness or injury.

Fundraising Event Volunteers

Are you a people person?

We are looking for an outgoing people to help with greeting our sponsors and/or donors at our fundraising events. Someone who can help with procuring donations, help with fundraising events, setting up, running silent auction tables, organizing silent auction gifts, event check-in, etc. We also need your assistance with identifying sponsorships for our charitable event, responding to client requests, drafting a news release or managing volunteers at an event. No two days will be the same, so we need someone who can roll with the diverse needs of our organization and the assist and be a part of the growth of our nonprofit.
